  Polymer coagulantIt is an inorganic polymer coagulant, a high molecular weight and high charge inorganic polymer water treatment agent produced due to the bridging effect of hydroxide ions and the polymerization effect of multivalent anions. The fundamental difference from traditional inorganic coagulants is that traditional inorganic coagulants are low molecular weight crystalline salts, while the structure of high molecular weight coagulants is composed of diverse carboxyl complexes with various forms. They have a fast coagulation and sedimentation rate, a wide range of applicable pH values, are non corrosive to pipeline equipment, and have obvious water purification effects. They can effectively support the removal of color SS, COD, BOD, arsenic, mercury and other heavy metal ions in water. And the dosage is reduced by more than 10 times compared to ordinary flocculants!

4、 Dilution and usage method of polymer flocculant:

To achieve the best flocculant effect and economic benefits, users can determine the optimal dosage per thousand tons of water through experiments based on different source water turbidity, seasons, and reaction conditions. When used, the product is prepared as a 3% -5% aqueous solution (calculated based on the weight of the product)
1. Dissolve the solid product in water at a ratio of 1.3 to form a liquid, then dilute it with 40-80 times the amount of water to the desired concentration before use.
2. The optimal dosage can be determined based on the different turbidity levels of the raw water. Generally, when the turbidity level of the raw water is between 100-500mg/L, the dosage per thousand tons is 1-10 kg.
